These terms explain how the website, enquiries and visual documentation services should be understood before any project is confirmed in writing.
Content on this site is provided for general information and service discovery. It does not create a contract, flight plan, survey instruction, technical report or professional appointment unless confirmed in a separate written proposal.
Drone imagery, 360 walkthroughs, models and PDF packs are prepared as visual records. They are not structural surveys, engineering assessments, measured surveys, valuation reports, insurance-approved reports or statutory inspections unless a qualified professional is separately appointed and named in the project scope.
The client must confirm site authority, access arrangements, known hazards, privacy restrictions and any required permissions before capture. Work may be refused, paused or rescheduled where safe operation cannot be maintained.
Drone work depends on weather, airspace, site conditions, public safety, equipment availability and regulatory limits. Planned dates, routes and deliverables may change where those constraints affect safe capture.
Quote requests submitted through the website are non-binding. A project is only confirmed when scope, deliverables, location, permissions, safety requirements, usage limits, fees and commercial terms are agreed in writing.
Flights and ground capture may be delayed, shortened, changed or cancelled because of wind, rain, visibility, electromagnetic interference, crowds, restricted airspace, wildlife, site rules, police or emergency activity, privacy concerns or any condition that affects safe operation.
Reports, images, videos, 360 tours, models and other deliverables should be used only for the agreed purpose and within the limitations stated in the project scope. They should not be relied on as the sole basis for structural, legal, insurance, planning, construction, health and safety or investment decisions.
Some portfolio previews, model viewers, maps, delivery folders or communication tools may be provided through third-party services. Availability, performance and privacy controls for those services are subject to the relevant provider terms.
Nothing on this website limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a project requires certified inspection, engineering sign-off, insurance assessment or legal advice, the client should appoint a suitably qualified professional.
